What Is Our Mission?
18 Hands was formed as a family-run business in order to provide a rubbish removal service to our community.
Why The Name “18 Hands?”
We named the company “18 Hands” for two reasons. First, Amy, my wife, and I have seven children. Thus, we have 18 hands in the family and everyone (even the littlest) has both hands working to provide a much-needed service to Eastern Arizona.
The second reason is that a horse that is 18-hands tall is usually a draft horse, strong and capable of great amounts of work. We have found that when we work together as a family we can accomplish more than we can individually. I wanted to honor the hard work my family puts into any task. Many hands make light work and I have been blessed with a family of many hands.
